Summary
Chapter 15
In this chapter, the last chapter in the book, something good happened. Everybody use to pick on Primrose and tell her that her parents were dead in the sea. The people on the streets, all of the kids at her school, everybody. Well one day her parents show up. No longer lost at sea or missing. Primrose's parents are now officially back with her, their daughter. So now nobody can say that her parents are dead or say that they are dead or didn't care about her.
