Chapters 1-34 |

Chapter 1 The Old Sea Dog At The Adrimal Ben bow. There are still home, and getting things settled there, to go on their journey to find the treasure box. A man called captain stays at the inn and by the looks of it he is waiting for somebody. They are getting ready to go on the journey. They are thinking about getting drunk. They are still in their home sitting and they are still getting settled in, and planning to find the hidden treasure.
Chapter 2 Black Dog Appears and Disappears One January morning while the captain was walking on the beach a man came into the inn. He was pale, he was missing two fingers on the left hand, and he also wore a sword, but did not look muck like a fighter. The man asked if the captain was there and the boy said that he was. And he asked if the table that he was at reserved for the captain. The boy said that the table wasn’t reserved to nobody. The man asked where the captain was and the boy told him that he was walking on the beach. Then the stranger saw the captain coming and grabbed the boy and hid behind the front door. When the captain came through he passed him and the stranger said Bill. The captain spun around and shouted Black Dog. They said some words and sat down at the same table and asked for some rum. They talked and argued for a long time until they stood up and the captain stuck the man called black dog. The man ran away and the captain followed. The man got away. The captain collapsed onto the floor. The doctor ended up cutting his vein and making the captain lose a lot of blood. The method worked because the captain lived. They laid the captain down on his bed and told him to rest.
Chapter 3
If the captain drank any more he had a very good chance of dieing. But when the boy came to the captain’s room to give some medicine the captain begged the boy for some rum. The boy kept on telling the captain that if he drank he would probably die. Then the captain offered the boy some money. The boy said that he did not want any of he captain’s money but what he owed for all of the other stuff. . He said that he would get him one glass of rum but that was it. Then the captain asked how long he was supposed to stay in bed and the boy told him that he was supposed to stay in bed for a week. The captain was furious when he heard that he said that by then they would have already have put the black spot on him. Then the boy asked what was the black spot and the captain said that he would tell him if they get that, and he told the boy to look for any seafaring men and he would tell him his secrets. That night the boy’s father died and the next couple of days the people working at the inn did not pay much attention to the captain. One day the boy walked out of the inn and saw a man walking down the street and he could tell that he was blind because he had a stick going side to side in front of him. The blind man worked his way in the street until he was in front of the inn. Then he said loudly where am I. The boy told the man that he was in front of the Admiral Ben bow, Black Hill Cove. Then the man asked the boy if he would take his hand and lead him in. He squeezed the boy’s hand and told him to lead him to the captain. Out of fear the boy lead the blind man to where the captain. On the way the man told the boy when they got to the captain to say “Here is a friend of yours Bill” and the man said that if the boy did not he would bread his arm. When they got to the table where the captain was at the boy did as he was told. The captain slowly looked up and saw the blind man and tried to get up but the man told him to sit down. The blind man told the boy to take the captains left hand and bring it close to his right. The boy did as he was told and he saw the man pass something to the captain’s hand his hand closed down on it. Then the blind man got up left. It was some time until the boy let go of the captain’s hand and the captain looked at what was in it and said “Ten a clock, six hours we’ll do them yet. Then he sprang to his feet and put his hand onto his throat, and swayed a little and fell onto the floor dead. The boy suddenly ran up to his mom upstairs.
Chapter 4
The Sea Chest The boy wasted no time in telling his mom all that he knew. The boy and his mom were scared that the men would come back and kill them too. They decided that running to the neighbouring hamlet. So they ran into the gathering evening. The hamlet was only a hundred yards away, on the other side of the next cove. When they got there there were people in side the hamlet. They told the people in there of their troubles some of them were scared. Some of them knew the captain as Captain Flint, a lot of the people flinched when they heard the name. Some of the men worked with the captain on a couple of ships. After the boy and his mother told of their problems they asked if some of the men would come and help defend the Admiral Ben bow, but they said that they would not help them because they did not want to get in it. But they said that they would have two horses waiting for them if they needed to run away from their pursuers. And they also gave the boy a loaded pistol. They sent a boy to the doctor’s in search of armed assistance. Then the boy and his mother crept in the shadows back to the Admiral Ben bow. When they got in the boy closed and locked the door. Then they went into the room where the captain lay just as they had left them. Then the boy closed all of the blinds. When the boy closed the blinds he knelt beside the captain and opened the hand where the thing the blind man gave to him. In there was a little round piece of paper, it was blackened on one side. It was no doubt the black spot. On the other side of the paper it said” You have until ten tonight.
Chapter 5 The Last of the Blind Man The boy was more curious than scared so he peeked his head over the wall and saw the men running towards the inn. There were several of them running hard. And behind them there three men were running hand in hand. The men were carrying the blind man. When they got to the inn door the blind man which name was Pew told the men to break down the door. So they did, and when they got in the inn they found the captain laying dead on the floor. So Pew told some of the men to check the captain and the rest to go and get the treasure chest. All the men found on the captain was some of his money and they took that. When then men sent to retrieve the treasure chest came down they told Pew that someone had already been through it. Then Pew told them that it was the boy and his mother that had been through it. Then Pew told the men to spread out and find them. So the men started to break everything in the inn to try to find boy which name was Jim and his mother. Then all of a sudden they heard a pistol shot and they rushed outside to find the buccaneers had turned up. Every body started to run. When they did they forgot about the blind man. Then blind man started to walk towards the approaching buccaneers. When he heard them coming he ran towards the ditch. He fell and got up and tan right into on of the horses, fell down and the horse came down on him and killed him. The boy jumped out from under the bridge and hailed the riders. The riders helped Jim’s mother into the hamlet. Jim went back to the Admiral Ben bow and he was shocked because everything in the house was broken. Jim told a man called Supervisor Dance that the only thing that they stole was the captain’s money and some of theirs. Supervisor Dance said that they were only there for money but Jim told him that they were looking for the thing that was in his breast pocket. He said that he would like to give it to Dr. Levees. Jim and Supervisor Dance walked back to the hamlet to where the horses were. Then Dance asked Jim if he would ride with him for an errand. Jim and his mom said okay, and they were off.
Chapter 6 The Captain’s Papers Dr. Levees was at the squire’s house. Jim was introduced to the squire. The squire was told of the events that have been happening. Mr. Dance was congratulated on his work. The doctor asked the squire if Jim could stay over his house. The squire said yes. All three of them opened the pouch that Jim had. There was a book and a piece of paper in it. The book had writings and directions to different in it. And it told of the towns and the ships captain Flint had stole from. The piece of paper was a map to an island. They made plans to go to the island in a couple of days, but they had to get a ship and supplies witch they did not have at the moment. Then they made a promise to never tell anybody about the paper and the book.
Chapter 7 I Go to Bristoll It was longer than the squire imagined they were ready for the sea. None of their plans were followed. Jim had to stay at the squire’s place with the gamekeeper. One day there came a letter addressed to the doctor. The letter said that the doctor had got a ship. It was bought and fitted, and it name was Hispania. The doctor had already got people to work on the ship. Then the letter told the gamekeeper to let Jim go and see his mother for one night. When Jim got to his mother she was in good health and sprits. The squire had had every thing repaired in the house. The squire even had a boy helping his mother, so she did not do everything by herself. The next day the gamekeeper and Jim caught a ride to a town called Bristol. When they got there they met the squire and he said that they would sail the next day. Chapter 8 At the Sign of the Spy-Glass The next morning the squire gave a letter addressed to one of the men working on the ship Long John Silver, he said that he was located at a pub called the Spy-Glass. Jim found Mr. Silver and handed him the letter. Jim saw Black Dog in the pub, but got away. Long John escorted Jim back to the inn and told the story to the doctor and the squire.
Chapter 9 Powder and Arms
The captain of the ship told the squire and the doctor that he did not like the ship, and the crew. The captain and it crew knew that they were going to an island with treasure on it. Chapter 10 The Voyage It took all night and some of the morning to gets every thing loading onto the ship. Then men did not listen to the orders of the captains second in charge and it made him do very badly in his duties, they ran over him so much that one night he jumped into the ocean and died.
Chapter 11 What I Heard in the Apple Barrell
Jim wanted to get an apple so he climbed into the apple barrel and he accidentally fell asleep. He was awakened by the sound of Mr. Silvers voice. He was talking to a man. They were talking about how they hate the captain and the squire. When they were done the lookout said that he saw land. Chapter 12 Council of War
The first land they saw was to hill about two miles apart. Jim told the squire, the doctor, and the captain what he heard in the apple barrel. They named all the men that they could trust. One of the seven men was Jim. And they told Jim to try to talk to the other men to see what they where planning.
Chapter 13 How My Shore Adventure Began
Jim volunteered to go out on one of the little boats with some other people to have a closer look at the island. The doctor, the squire, and the captain called all the men who could be trusted and told them that they were going to let all of the crew members of the boat to go to the island to rest, some of the men that stayed were going to do something to the ship. Thirteen were going to the island and six were going to stay on the ship. Jim went to the island and ran into the woods.
Chapter 14 The First Blow
When Jim got on the island he got away from Long John, and started to look around. Jim wandered around for a little around until he was in a little bushy area when a bunch of birds flew up from the bushes and Jim stood quite for a little while and he could hear human voices. Jim snuck up on the group of people they talked for a second when suddenly Long John got up and killed a man then a man started to run towards the beach and Long John hit him with a stick and broke his back then he jumped on top of him and stabbed him twice. The men that he killed where two of the honest people. And then he started to run. Chapter 15 The Man of the Island
A man was following Jim and he introduced him self and his name was Ben Gun. He said he was marooned on the island three years earlier. They talked for a little while until they heard a cannon shot. They began to run in the direction.
Chapter 16 How the Ship was Abandoned The squire and the captain got a small boat and the doctor and they started to fill it up with supplies. The doctor and someone else stared to head for shore with the boat as much of supplies it could hold. They unloaded the stuff on land in a safe spot and headed back to the ship as fast as they could without being seen.
Chapter 17 The Jolly-boat’s Last Trip On their last rime heading back to the island the people on the ship had spotted them, and they were planning to shoot them with the cannon.
Chapter 18 End of the First Day’s Fighting One of the honest men got shot and died. The people on the ship started to fire at them with cannons, they could not see them so they shot at the flag pole, so took the pole down. And Jim turned up.
Chapter 19 The Garrison in the Stockade Jim ran away from the man called Ben Gun, and ran towards the stockade.
Chapter 20 Silver’s Embassy The next morning Long John came with a truce flag. Mr. Silver wanted for the squire to hand over the map they had and they would let them live. Chapter 21 The Attack The men were getting ready for the fight. The mutineers attack the house and when it was over six of the mutineers died and one of the good guys died to.
Chapter 22 How My Sea Adventure Began Jim planned to go to the boat that Ben Gun had showed him earlier. He was planning to stop the ship from going away.
Chapter 23 The Ebb-tide Runs The men that were on the ship sounded like that they were having and argument at one minute and the next they were singing a song. Jim was planning to cut the anchor rope and let the ship drift ashore.
Chapter 24 The Cruise of the Coracle Jim hid on the ship for the night and the next morning he was trying to get back to the cabin were all the others were staying at. The ship did not crash into the island, the people on the ship were circling the island. It looked like nobody was on the ship. Jim decided to go back on the ship.
Chapter 25 I Strike the Jolly Roger Jim snuck around the ship until he saw two watchmen. There was blood on the floor and it looked like there had been people killed the night before.
Chapter 26 Israel Hand Jim thought one of the people on watch was so drunk that he would not do anything if he saw Jim. The man was not that drunk, so he let Jim think he was drunk for a little while until he pulled a knife on him. The person fell off the boat into the water. Chapter 27 Pieces of Eight Jim returned to the cabin and when he got there, Long John Silver and his men were there and they caught Jim.
Chapter 28 In the Enemies Camp All of the captain told his men that if they laid one hand on Jim that he would kill them. Then they all got up and left. After that the captain told Jim that he was on the squire’s side now.
Chapter 29 The Black Spot Again The men came back into the cabin and handed Mr. Silver the black spot. Mr. Silver made a deal with the pirates and they let him be their captain again.
Chapter 30 On Parolee The doctor came to the cabin to look at the hurt men, and he talked to Jim. The doctor tried to make Jim run away with him but Jim would not go with him.
Chapter 31 The Treasure-hunt- Flint’s Pointer The pirates started to go on the hunt for the treasure. They had a map and they had to find different a clues and the first one was to find the tallest tree on the Spy-Glass shoulder. They found a human skeleton on the top of a big hill.
Chapter 32 The Treasure-hunt- The Voice of the Trees When they were walking they heard a voice singing “Fifteen men on the dead man’s chest You-ho-ho and a bottle of rum, when the pirates heard that they all got scared. They figured out that it was Ben Gun that yelled that song. The men found the place where the treasure should have been but there was nothing there.
Chapter 33 The Fall of a Chieftainsn The doctor and Ben Gun found the pirates and killed two of them. The pirates ran and the others got in the one small boat and sank the other. They paddled all the way to Ben Gunn’s cave and the squire was there. Ben Gun told Jim that he took all the gold two months before they came and hid it in his cave.
Chapter 34 And Last The next morning they took all the gold to the ship. It took them three days to load all of the treasure. They left treasure island the fourth day and they decided that they could not make it home without some more people. So they got some more people and they started home. Out of the fifty men to go only five where to return.
