Chapter Nine After he got out the hospital Uncle Jack had dinner with Miss. Honeycut. Miss. Honeycut called Primrose to her office and talked to her about her issues. Uncle Jack told Primrose what Miss. Honeycut had said about her, which was that she was an accident prone. When she got to class the teacher had decided to let her take home the guinea pig, and take care of it. when she was on her way home she couldn’t carry the cage so one of the boys that come over to play hockey carried it for her. When they got home they put the cage on the table and she thought they was gonna leave, but they went straight to the gym. After her and uncle Jack had dinner she went down to the docks to wait for her parents.
Microsoft Clipart Chapter Ten Primrose was at the pier watching Mallomar (the dog) do little crazy puppy runs up and down the beach. While she was watching him, she also saw seals as they were swimming across the horizon. It had started to rain when Primrose got up to look closer at the seals but she did not know. Suddenly she heard someone shout ,who was Miss. Honeycut, asking her "what she was doing in the rain." Miss. Honeycut and Miss. Perfidy had noticed Primrose from the church across the street in where they were getting ready to have a rummage sale. Mallomar had started barking loudly at Herman on the way home so Primrose noticed that Miss. Honeycut was getting tired of all of them. So Primrose told Miss. Honeycut to drop them off at The Girl On The Red Swing. When Primrose got to the restaurant Mrs. Bowzer was very busy. So when she was done she told Primrose she was going to teach her how to make tuna casserole, and they did. But when they were done cooking they smelled smoke and Herman was on FIRE!
Microsoft Clipart Chapter Eleven Miss Honeycut tried to say Primrose had tried to attack the guinea pig. Later, Uncle Jack and Primrose were going to eat at the girl on the red swing, which Uncle Jack had never ate there before and Miss Honeycut was there when they walked in. She talked with Primrose and Uncle Jack about Primroses issues/problems. Miss Honeycut tried to get rid of Primrose, and she succeeded in it and Primrose ended up in a foster home.
Microsoft Clipart Chapter Twelve Primrose was moved with Evie and Bert, who lived in Nanaimo. Evie and Bert were unfortunate to have children of any kind. (Meaning they couldn’t have one and they weren’t able to adopt any.) While they were sitting at home Primrose told them a story about her bee sting. Evie, Bert, and Primrose went to the docks and Primrose was telling a story and she leaned over to look into the water and a big wave knocked her off balance and she fell into the dock. Her fingers got twisted in some netting. When she finally got helped out she had to go to the hospital because she relized she had lost the tip of her ring finger. Later they talked about living in one of uncle Jack’s town houses. They went out to dinner at The Girl On The Red Swing._
